Health Is Wealth: Is That Really True?
An American poet Ralph Waldo
Emerson quotes that “The first wealth is
health” which is true in every sense. Good health is a blessing and it
should never be taken for granted. There is a saying “Here today, gone tomorrow or Up today, down tomorrow?” that
explains the blessing of health in the best possible way. Trust me, life
without obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, depression and heart problems is the
biggest blessing one can ask for.
Indeed, the saying “Health is Wealth” is quite an old one
but it still carries a very strong meaning. Who doesn’t love food, likes to
stay in bed till afternoon or wants to watch Netflix all day long? But is this
routine really going to let you live longer? Absolutely not. Your quality of
life needs to be good enough to become a successful person. None of the tycoon
out there spends a lazy life. This is the time to stop being lazy and to start
working. Health is wealth and this wealth has the potential to bring legit
wealth to you as well.
The key to healthy life is regular
exercise, appropriate water intake, healthy food, no stress and definitely sticking to all
this in your daily life. One can help relax his mind and eliminate stress
through regular exercise and a proper diet. Physically fit are likewise
healthier, can keep up their most ideal weight, and are additionally not
inclined to cardiovascular and other medical issues.
There are many sayings that carry a
lesson in them but are not taken as something serious or considerable. Such sayings
carrying a strong meaning includes “Early
to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise” as well
as “Healthy body, healthy mind”.
This is the time to leave your bed,
plan a healthy life, get motivation and stick to your plans!
